In the Toretsk area, there are no longer any reports of Russian troops pretending to be civilians. This information was shared by Vladislav Yurow, Deputy Head of the Department of Preventive Activities of the National Police.
“There are no civilians left there, so the attempts at disguise are no longer happening. However, they still tried this tactic in the Pokrovsk area. We were aware of this and, together with the 7th rapid response corps, took measures to prevent them from succeeding,” he noted.
Yurow emphasized that the situation in both regions remains difficult but manageable.
“Our defense forces are doing everything possible to repel the enemy's attacks,” he added.
He also mentioned that there is complete understanding among all branches of the military.
“We are carrying out combat missions and strive to respond quickly to all incidents that concern us. The invaders hardly manage to infiltrate with their small groups and create conditions that could destabilize any area,” Yurow concluded.
