Today, we are addressing the aftermath of the recent Russian aggressive strike. The enemy's primary target was critical infrastructure that ensures comfortable living conditions for the people. This was reported by Interior Minister Igor Klymenko on his Telegram channel.

The regions affected include Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv. Rescue teams and the National Police are working on-site, actively involving specialists and specialized equipment. The State Emergency Service (SES) is currently dealing with over ten fires across Ukraine.

In Dnipro, Russian forces targeted a residential building with a drone strike. Rescuers recovered the body of a deceased person from the rubble, while 10 people sustained injuries, and around 30 were rescued.

We have reports that 2 individuals are unaccounted for and are searching for them. Psychologists from the SES are on-site to assist the affected individuals in coping with stress. Police are aiding in evacuating residents and documenting war crimes.

I am in contact with Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk as we coordinate actions at the affected sites. I continuously report to President Volodymyr Zelensky and Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on the status of rescue operations and the mitigation of strike consequences.

The situation is challenging, but we will endure. All involved services are working tirelessly to minimize the effects of the Russian attack on essential infrastructure for people.
