On the night of October 31, starting at 19:00, Russia launched an attack involving one ballistic missile and 145 drones. About 90 of these were of the “Shahed” type.
The missile was fired from the Rostov region, with drones attacking from Kursk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and occupied Crimea. This information was provided by the Air Forces.
“According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, our air defense forces shot down 1 ballistic missile and 107 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other types in the northern, southern, and eastern parts of the country,” the statement said.
Hits were recorded at 20 locations – 36 drones struck. As of the morning, the attack is ongoing.
The air assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
