In the early hours of October 4, there was yet another "human rights violation" by the occupiers as they struck at the power networks in the Chernihiv region. Energy officials reported that several critical power supply facilities were damaged during the drone attack, according to "Chernihivoblenergo".
The incident left around 50,000 consumers without electricity.
The Chernihiv regional military administration has not yet commented on any direct hits.
Meanwhile, a scheduled hourly power outage system is currently in effect.
"This system allows for three hours of power followed by three hours without it. We are doing everything we can to avoid additional outages despite the circumstances. We hope that during peak hours, outages will be less severe," said representatives of the Chernihiv regional military administration.
