The Armed Forces of Ukraine effectively neutralized 62 out of 66 drones launched by Russia since the evening of September 10.
This was reported by the command of the Ukrainian Air Force on Facebook.
In the night of September 11 (from 21:00 on September 10), the enemy launched an attack on Ukraine using 66 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera types, and other drones from the directions of Kursk, Millerovo, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk – RF. More than 50 of them were of the Shahed type. The air assault was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces. Preliminary data as of 09:00 indicates that air defense has shot down or suppressed 62 enemy drones of the Shahed, "Gerbera," and other types in the north, south, and east of the country. Four strike UAVs were recorded hitting three locations.
