As of August 28, 29 settlements in the Vinnytsia region have been left without electricity due to a massive attack by Russian forces.

This was reported by Natalia Zabolotna, the first deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

Direct quote from the official: "Last night, the enemy targeted the critical infrastructure of Vinnytsia. As a result, 60,000 consumers in 29 settlements are without power, and there is damage to residential buildings."

Details: Relevant services are working on-site, and emergency restoration work is ongoing.

According to Zabolotna, as of this morning, there have been no reports of casualties.
