This was reported by the Chernobyl Radiation and Ecological Biosphere Reserve on social media.

«It is with deep sorrow that we announce this tragic loss. On June 22, 2025, Stanislav Humenyuk, a sergeant and defender of Ukraine, our colleague and friend, lost his life in an enemy missile strike», the statement reads.

Stanislav Humenyuk, born in 1966, was a resident of the village of Novobratyske in the Choporivka community. He was a multifaceted individual: an activist, singer, composer, teacher, volunteer, and initiator of the «Save Polissia!» movement.
