Seven Ukrainian children aged 6 to 17 have been successfully returned from temporarily occupied territories.
This was reported on Telegram by Andriy Yermak, head of the President's Office, as per Ukrinform.
«Under the President of Ukraine's initiative Bring Kids Back UA, we managed to return seven Ukrainian children from temporarily occupied areas. Their ages range from 6 to 17 years. The families lived under constant pressure from the occupying authorities — they were forced to obtain Russian documents, prohibited from speaking Ukrainian, threatened with losing parental rights, and faced obstacles in accessing medical care and freedom of movement. Now, the children and their families are finally safe,» Yermak noted.
He expressed gratitude to the Ombudsman Office team and international partners for their assistance in organizing the children's rescue.
