CDTO Campus has finalized an agreement with the Global Government Technology Centre (Berlin). This partnership aims to share experiences in digital transformation and develop joint initiatives.

The educational programs of CDTO Campus will be integrated into the training of digital leaders in Germany. GovTech Campus Deutschland, together with TUM Think Tank, is incorporating Ukrainian experiences into its educational framework for training German specialists in digitization.

Moreover, the memorandum signed by Halyna Pustova, director of CDTO Campus, Viktor Lyakh, president of the Eastern Europe Foundation, and Manuel Kilian, managing director of GGTC Berlin, entails close cooperation in the fields of digital security and the protection of government services. Ukraine will share unique solutions in cybersecurity, including the experience of transitioning government services to the cloud, implementing digital documents, and mechanisms for resilience against cyberattacks.

The event also featured Valeria Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration.

It is important to note that CDTO Campus is a national educational project aimed at training CDTOs (Chief Digital Transformation Officers), a new type of civil servants and public sector specialists for implementing innovative projects in public administration, providing services to the population, and overall digitalization of the country.

In 2024, CDTO Campus will prepare 440 leaders in digital transformation and launch 12 programs, some of which are in collaboration with top companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Apolitical, and other international partners.

CDTO Campus is realized by the Eastern Europe Foundation, funded by the Visa Foundation, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ), and supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, in collaboration with Digitality GovTech Centre of Excellence, under the patronage of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
