On November 15, the capital's tatami transformed into the arena for the MEMORY CUP 2025 kyokushin karate tournament, dedicated to the "Angels of Sports". The competition featured 270 athletes from various cities, all striving not only for victory but to honor the memory of heroes who defended Ukraine.
Kyokushin karate is one of the most demanding styles, combining physical strength, technical skills, and discipline. This style shapes not just athletes but also individuals capable of overcoming life's challenges.
The MEMORY CUP 2025 gala evening welcomed distinguished guests, including war veteran Oleksandr Teren and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Oleksii Nikitenko. Spectators enjoyed demonstrations by kyokushin masters and performances from artists.
The event aimed for charitable goals, raising 100,000 UAH to create an inclusive space for veterans. Organized by the Kyiv City Federation of Kyokushin Karate and other institutions.
