This was announced by Vitaliy Lavrov, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports for Digital Development, during a press conference at the «Ukrinform» news agency.

Vitaliy Lavrov clarified that the new regulations clearly outline the requirements and conditions for competitions in areas such as FPV drone racing with combat payload and cyber competitions (CTF).

The Deputy Minister emphasized that the approval of these rules will create opportunities to enhance training and preparation in military technology sports, as well as improve the skills of service members.

The press conference also featured the president of the Federation of Military Technology Sports of Ukraine, Arthur Buligin, the head of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine, Sergey Byzov, and Lieutenant General Yuri Dumansky.

Participants discussed the importance of official recognition of military technology sports in Ukraine, its role in military-patriotic education, and the prospects for development in collaboration with trade unions and government institutions.

Additionally, a memorandum of cooperation was signed during the press conference between the Federation of Military Technology Sports of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Defenders of Ukraine.

Vitaliy Lavrov supported the initiative to sign the memorandum, highlighting that such collaboration opens new opportunities for involving veterans in military technology sports.
