The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, represented by Deputy Minister Oleksiy Nikitenko, has signed a collaboration agreement with the charity organization «Charitable Fund «Future for Children».
This agreement aims to create new opportunities for the development of sports potential among Ukrainian children and youth, as well as their self-realization through sports.
As part of this collaboration, partners will advance the multisport project «Path to Champions», which focuses on supporting the Olympic reserve and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the youth.
The charity fund has also developed the international sports camp project Olympic Dreams. Its mission is to support the country's Olympic reserve, organize a sustainable training process, and gain international sports experience for Ukraine's future victories on the world stage.
Over the past three years, Olympic Dreams has:
- conducted 16 sports camps;
- expanded to 7 countries;
- engaged young athletes from 13 Olympic sports.
Systematic partnership between the state and the charity sector is key to creating new opportunities for the younger generation of Ukrainian athletes. Joint efforts will not only help restore the Olympic reserve but also encourage more children and teenagers to engage in sports and healthy living.
