Ukrainian Gymnast's Performance at the 2025 World Championships

Today, on October 22, the final of the 2025 World Gymnastics Championships took place in Jakarta, Indonesia, where Ukrainian athlete Vladislav Gryko finished in 22nd place.
This marks the first time for the 28-year-old gymnast to reach the finals at such a prestigious event. He was the only Ukrainian to qualify for the all-around competition.
Gryko achieved his best results in two events: on the parallel bars and the horizontal bar, scoring 13.166 points each. His score for the vault was slightly less at 13.066 points.
His performance on the rings (12.300 points), pommel horse (11.600 points), and floor exercise (11.333 points) was not as strong, with a penalty of -0.3 points in one of the routines. Overall, he scored 74.631, finishing in 22nd place.
For the third consecutive year, the gold medal was won by Japanese gymnast Daiki Hashimoto (85.131 points). The silver went to China's Zhang Boheng (84.333), and the bronze medal was claimed by Swiss gymnast Noah Sievert (82.831 points).
