The venue for Ukraine's nominal home match in the World Cup 2026 qualifiers has been determined. The game against Iceland will take place on November 16 in Warsaw at the "Legia" stadium, which has not yet hosted our national team. This arena can accommodate just under 32,000 spectators and is home to the local FC Legia.
Tickets for the match will go on sale soon.
It is worth noting that in the previous round of the qualifiers, Ukraine defeated Azerbaijan with a score of 2:1. In the first round of World Cup 2026 qualification, Ukraine lost to France 0:2, drew 1:1 with Azerbaijan, and later overcame Iceland 5:3.
