On Friday, Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski arrived in Kyiv for an official visit. This was announced by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on their social media account.
«Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski has commenced his visit to Ukraine», – reported the ministry.
At the railway station, he was welcomed by his Ukrainian counterpart Andriy Sybiha. The head of the Ukrainian MFA also shared on social media about meeting Sikorski and Pulitzer Prize-winning American author Anne Applebaum.
«Amidst the escalation of Russian terror against Ukraine and provocations towards Poland, we stand united. Today we will engage in thorough discussions regarding our collective security, Ukraine's accession to the EU and NATO, and pressure on Moscow», – wrote Sybiha.
He also thanked Poland for its leadership and support.
