In his speech marking the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II, the Dutch leader pointed out the rising hybrid threats emanating from Russia.
Quote: "Right now, on Europe’s eastern border, we see Ukraine fiercely fighting for its existence as a nation and for its peace and security. The threat from Russia goes beyond Ukraine and is increasingly taking on hybrid forms".
