In Ukraine, a new service for generating digital educational documents has been launched in the "Diia" app, where Ukrainians have already created over 26 million documents.
This information was shared by Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi during the "Dream Post-Education" conference, as reported by "Interfax".
The minister emphasized that thanks to fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, a number of initiatives have been implemented to make education more accessible for all stakeholders. "Over 26 million digital educational documents have already been generated in Ukraine," he noted.
Additionally, he mentioned the simplification of the document submission process for participation in the national multi-subject test, the introduction of electronic student records in educational institutions, and the ability to submit transfer or enrollment applications in electronic format.
It is worth noting that the ability to obtain educational documents appeared in the "Diia" app in March 2024.
The Ministry of Education explained that diplomas, certificates, and transcripts are automatically "pulled" into the system, but only those that are included in the Register of Educational Documents of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE) are displayed.
The app does not provide access to educational documents that have not been transferred after the occupation.
