Ukraine has seen an increase in electricity consumption for the third consecutive day.

This is reported by "Ukrenergo".

According to their data, on April 9 at 9:30 AM, the level of electricity consumption was 1.1% higher than the same time the previous day — Tuesday.

The company explains that the reason for this is the persistence of cold weather across Ukraine with nighttime frosts.

It is noted that on April 8, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening, exceeding the maximum of the previous day — Monday, by 2%.

"Today, there is a need for careful electricity consumption. Please limit the use of high-power appliances from 8 AM to 9 PM," emphasized "Ukrenergo".

Reminder:

In Ukraine, due to a significant drop in temperature on the morning of April 7, electricity consumption was 16% above the level of the previous working day - April 4.

On April 8, electricity consumption continued to remain high. As of 9:30 AM, the level of electricity consumption was 2.3% higher than the same time the previous day — Monday.

"Ukrenergo" refuted information regarding the possible return of electricity outages.
