Ukrzaliznytsia announced that within the first hour of launching the “3000 km across Ukraine” program, over 30,000 Ukrainians activated the initiative. This was reported by the company's press service.
“The first thousand tickets from frontline areas have already been snapped up — particularly popular are the routes from Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv,” they stated.
As a reminder: the program “3000 km across Ukraine” has started. In December, the initiative will operate in testing mode on trains to all frontline regions. The program allows the use of 3000 km of travel during off-peak times when there are available seats. Ukrzaliznytsia will offer these in sleeper cars, coupe, regional trains, and 2nd class Intercity. You can find out which trains have tickets available in the first phase of the program here.
