Due to power outages resulting from a massive strike by Russia, some trolleybus and tram routes in Kyiv are temporarily suspended. Changes are also affecting metro operations. This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) via Telegram.
To maintain passenger transport, buses have been introduced on the following routes:
- №37ТР – from Miloslavska Street to "Lisova" metro station;
- №28Т – from Darnytsia Square to Miloslavska Street;
- №30ТР – from Miloslavska Street to "Pochaina" metro station;
- №8Т – from Darnytsia Square to "Pozniaky" metro station, duplicating tram route №8.
Additionally, the number of buses on routes №114 and №50ТР has been increased to improve connectivity between the left and right banks.
Specialists from KP "Kyivpastrans" and energy services are working to restore power supply and stabilize transport operations. Public transport movement is continuously adjusted according to the situation in the city's energy system. Passengers are advised to monitor updates on the official resources of KP "Kyivpastrans" and KCSA.
Moreover, due to damage to a building in the Pechersk district, the exit from Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard to Mykola Mikhnovskyi Boulevard towards "Lybidska" metro station has been closed. Relevant services are already on-site.
As for the metro, the "red" and "blue" lines are operating normally, while the "green" line is transporting passengers between the "Syrets" and "Vidubichi" stations. Trains do not run between the "Slavutych" and "Chervonyi Khutir" stations.
