PrivatBank has announced planned maintenance work to take place on the night of October 4. During this time, card transactions will be unavailable, and the operation of ATMs, self-service terminals, and POS terminals will also be halted.

The bank has indicated that routine maintenance will occur on the night of October 4. As a result, most services, ATMs, and terminals will be offline.

"From 00:05 to 6:30 AM on October 4, PrivatBank will perform essential processing work. During this time, card transactions and ATM services will be paused," the official statement reads.

Customers are advised to complete their purchases before midnight or postpone late-night shopping and deliveries for a few hours until the services resume in the morning.

It is also worth noting that the mobile app "Privat24" experienced a glitch on September 6, causing difficulties in creating payments and updating statements. However, technical support quickly resolved the issue.

Additionally, since September 19, PrivatBank has announced its transition to the SWIFT ISO 20022 standard for all SWIFT transfers, enabling Ukrainians to conduct international financial transactions more conveniently.
