The Ukrainian DELTA system has emerged as the primary command framework for the joint forces participating in NATO's REPMUS 2025 exercises. This was announced by Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Denys Shmyhal.
He pointed out that over 100 unmanned platforms - including sea, underwater, land, and aerial units - were effectively coordinated using DELTA.
"This year, Ukraine has once again participated in NATO's REPMUS 2025 exercises, the largest global event focusing on the operational use of unmanned systems in maritime operations. Ukrainian soldiers shared their combat experiences with our partners," added Denys Shmyhal.
The Minister emphasized that DELTA has demonstrated compatibility with the latest NATO standards. He also noted that Ukrainian technologies not only meet NATO standards but also introduce innovative approaches to warfare.
"This is evidence of our ability to quickly adapt to various combat scenarios on sea, land, or air," concluded the Minister.
It is worth mentioning that in August, Denys Shmyhal signed an order to implement the DELTA command system across all levels of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The DELTA digital ecosystem enables real-time battlefield monitoring, effective military operation planning, and data exchange within units, brigades, and among allies when necessary.
DELTA can be accessed via laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, making it user-friendly for commanders at all levels.
