After counting 99.65% of the ballots in the parliamentary elections, the ruling pro-European party «Action and Solidarity» (PAS) is leading. According to the Central Electoral Commission of Moldova, the party has received 50.06% of the votes.
In second place is the pro-Russian «Patriotic Bloc» with 24.25%, followed by the «Alternative Bloc» at 7.98%. The eurosceptic «Our Party» (6.21%) and the pro-European «Democracy at Home» (5.63%) also make it to parliament.
Other parties, according to preliminary data, are not entering parliament.
Voter turnout was 52.17%.
It is worth noting that the parliamentary elections in Moldova took place on September 28, with 101 deputies to be elected to govern the country for the next four years.
