Ukrpost Introduces Express Window for Faster Service

Ukrpost launches the Express Window service to enhance customer service and expedite parcel collection.

Ukrpost has announced the implementation of a new service called the "Express Window" in its branches, aimed at improving the speed of service for customers receiving parcels and letters.

This was shared by the company's CEO, Ihor Smiliansky, on Telegram.

The pilot project for the "Express Window" started on September 8, operating in over 1,500 urban branches of Ukrpost.

"As part of our efforts to combat queues, we have created the Express Window, which will be marked in black and yellow. Customers will be able to quickly pick up or send parcels, receive letters, and collect cash on delivery," Smiliansky noted.

According to him, with the new parcel management system, the retrieval process will take only 30-45 seconds. Additionally, the company will provide packaging for sending parcels free of charge at all branches.

All other services, such as pensions, payments, and letter sending, will be available at the universal window.
