On September 1st, the "Diya" portal launched a new service called Diya.AI.

This was announced by the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

He emphasized that Ukraine is the first country in the world to offer government services through AI.

"Today we launched Diya.AI on the Diya portal. This is the first government AI agent in the world that not only answers questions but also provides services directly in chat. Soon, it will be available in the mobile application as well," Fedorov wrote on Telegram.

According to him, Diya.AI can:

1. Provide government services

In the chat, you can receive the first service — an income certificate. Just type: "I need an income certificate" and it will appear in your account on the Diya portal. Soon, 5 more services will be available through Diya.AI.

2. Provide information about services in "Diya"

How to open a sole proprietorship? What is the Baby Package? Now there's no need to Google or search for this information on the portal — just ask Diya.AI.

3. Recommend services based on your situation

For example, if your house is damaged, it will instantly inform you about eRestoration and provide instructions on how to receive compensation from the government.

"Currently, Diya.AI is in open beta testing. We will continue to train it to respond to queries even faster and more effectively. We need your feedback for this — so test it out and give likes, dislikes, and comments right in the chat," Fedorov informs.

He emphasized that Ukraine's mission is to be among the top three countries in the world by 2030 in the development and integration of AI in the public sector.
