Starting October 1, Poland will no longer be able to fund the Starlink subscription for Ukraine due to President Karol Nawrocki's veto on the bill that extended aid for Ukrainian citizens.
This was stated by Marek Georgica, spokesperson for the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs.
«The bill that was vetoed by President Nawrocki extended the aid period, meaning funding from the Ukraine Aid Fund, until the end of March next year,» he said.
Georgica added that there are currently no legal grounds for funding the Starlink subscription for Ukraine starting October 1.
