A significant fire has erupted on Khortytsia Island in Zaporizhzhya, with flames spreading quickly due to windy conditions.

"A massive fire on Khortytsia is consuming dry grass, bushes, and trees. The heat and wind are causing the flames to spread rapidly," the report states.

It is noted that emergency responders from the Civil Protection Situational Center are on-site, with 87 personnel and 23 units of equipment deployed. The "Vodokanal" and "Eluash" companies are providing water supplies.
