The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, reported that he met with the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Matviy Bidny, and motorsport representative Ivan Zubchuk. During the discussion, they talked about the future of motorsports in the region.
The main objectives include the implementation of the racetrack construction project, which will serve as a venue for training, championships, and mass events. According to Kalashnyk, this will provide a safe alternative to street «night racing».
«Our goal is to create proper conditions for engaging in motorsports. Kyiv region has the potential to become a leader in developing this infrastructure,» he noted.
The KOVA emphasizes that they plan to move from idea to realization very soon.
