The authorities of Kyiv have announced a temporary suspension of movement on the red line of the metro. Currently, trains are only running to the "Vokzalna" station.

This was confirmed by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

Quote: "Movement on the red line of the metro is temporarily limited to the 'Vokzalna' station."

Due to technical issues, train services on the Svyatoshynsko-Brovarska line are operating only between the "Akademmistechko" and "Vokzalna" stations.

Further information regarding the restoration of regular service will be provided soon.

Details: The reasons for the suspension of service beyond the "Vokzalna" station are currently not disclosed.

The KCSA emphasized that all underground metro stations continue to operate as shelters.

Update: Later, the KCSA clarified information regarding train operations. 

Trains on the red line are running from "Akademmistechko" to "Arsenalna".

Transfer hubs "Teatralna" – "Zoloti Vorota" and "Khreshchatyk" – "Maidan Nezalezhnosti" are operating normally.
