Notably, in Kerr County, the hardest-hit area, 103 deaths have been confirmed, including 36 children.

Moreover, meteorological services have warned of the risk of new heavy rains that could lead to further flooding by the evening of July 13 local time.

It is reported that last Friday, intense rainfall resulted in sudden flooding along the Guadalupe River in south-central Texas.

As of July 10, the death toll from the devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country has surpassed 120.
