The National Bank of Ukraine has launched a new commemorative coin marking the third anniversary of the UAV Vampire.

These bombers have already completed over 1 million combat missions, carrying up to 15 kg of munitions. They instill fear in enemies, who refer to them as ‘Baba Yaga’.

The drones can ascend to heights of 500 meters and have a recommended flight range of up to 15 km.

This Ukrainian hexacopter has proven to be an effective tool for target engagement, remote mining, and humanitarian assistance.

The press service of the National Bank reported that the coin's design was created by Ukrainian artists Volodymyr Taran, Oleksandr Kharuk, and Serhiy Kharuk.

The 5 hryvnia coin is part of the series “Armed Forces of Ukraine” titled “Ukrainian Cotton. UAV Vampire”.

The coin's mintage is set at 75,000 pieces.

The obverse features a war-torn landscape, defensive trenches, a burning enemy tank, and the silhouette of the Vampire drone in flight above the field.

The reverse depicts the Vampire hexacopter dropping munitions, with a background of clouds and lightning symbolizing the drone's speed, accuracy, and power.
