The President has signed a decree to dissolve 5 advisory bodies at the Office of the President and simultaneously has established a new Council to support entrepreneurship.

"In order to ensure the constitutional right to entrepreneurial activity and to activate efforts for the qualitative development and realization of Ukraine's investment potential, I decree to establish a Council for Supporting Entrepreneurship as an advisory body to the President of Ukraine", – states Zelensky's decree.
The tasks of the new body include:
- analyzing the effectiveness of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship development, summarizing identified problems, and preparing proposals for potential solutions;
- developing measures to improve the conditions for conducting business, stimulating investment and innovation, and protecting property rights and competition according to best practices;
- working on legislative initiatives regarding entrepreneurship and investment activities, forming proposals to improve Ukrainian legislation in these areas, including aligning it with EU legislation;
- facilitating stronger interaction between state authorities, local self-governments, and businesses, as well as public associations representing their interests, to effectively address business issues and support entrepreneurial initiatives.
Zelensky appointed Andriy Yermak as the head of the council. Yermak's deputy will be Yulia Svyrydenko.
Over 70 entrepreneurs, including Oleg Gorokhovsky, Maxim Timchenko, Sergey Tigipko, Igor Nikonov, Vyacheslav Klimov, and others, are part of the council. The personal composition of the Council can be found on the OP website.
At the same time, Zelensky dissolved five other advisory bodies:
- The National Reform Council;
- The Executive Committee of Reforms;
- The National Investment Council;
- The Council for Small Business Development;
- The Council for Supporting Entrepreneurship during Martial Law.
