The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has introduced an updated list of goods and services exempt from taxation.

This information is available on the website of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.

It is reported that the changes are aimed at enhancing the support for civil society organizations that assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine, combatants, and internally displaced persons (IDPs).

According to the Ministry of Social Policy, the new version of the resolution allows for the tax-free import of vehicles provided by volunteers into Ukraine.

"The total number of items has been reduced from 500 to 133. However, the new list includes numerous new items essential for defenders and internally displaced persons, including drones, electronic warfare systems, and medical supplies," the statement reads.

The updated resolution also introduces new categories, namely "Medical Services" and "Educational Services".

"This means that combatants, servicemen, veterans, and IDPs will have additional opportunities to access medical and educational services covered by charitable funding on special terms," the ministry explained.

Note:

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the revised list of goods whose free transfer is temporarily exempt from excise tax and VAT.
