The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to abolish the requirement for signing work completion acts. The respective draft law has already been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko during a meeting with business representatives in Zakarpattia on Friday, September 5.
The government draft law No. 13598 cancels the mandatory signing of work completion acts for making cashless payments, which served as confirmation of service delivery.
These provisions will simplify cooperation for Ukrainian companies with their European business partners.
“We estimate the total savings for Ukrainian businesses from this innovation at about UAH 20.2 billion per year,” Svyrydenko noted.
It should be reminded that the Strategic Investment Council approved the Unified Project Portfolio of public investments of the state for 2026, consisting of 149 initiatives with an approximate total value of UAH 11.4 trillion.
