A few days ago, an unpleasant incident occurred in the Darnytsia district of Kyiv. An unknown individual approached a musician playing on the street and, upon refusal to perform a song in Russian, began to insult him with profanity and threatened physical violence. 
The police quickly responded to the situation after it was reported on social media. Thanks to the efforts of criminal analysis specialists, the identity of the aggressor was promptly established - a 29-year-old local resident. He could not provide a coherent explanation for his actions, claiming he was under the influence of alcohol.
The offender was taken to the Darnytsia police station, where an administrative report was filed against him under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses - petty hooliganism.
