The perpetrator deceitfully invited a minor girl into his vehicle under the pretense of listening to music, where he later committed a sexual offense. Police confiscated over 5 TB of child pornography from him. He faces up to 10 years in prison for his actions. 
The investigation by the Kyiv police, in collaboration with cyber police, uncovered the illegal activities of a 42-year-old resident of the Kirovohrad region.
Authorities established that the suspect, acquainted with the parents of the 7-year-old girl, invited her to his car under the guise of listening to music. Trusting the man, the girl entered the vehicle, where he carried out violent sexual acts while recording everything on video.
Investigators conducted a search of the man's apartment and discovered computer equipment and flash drives containing child pornography exceeding 5 TB. The suspect has been detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Police have charged him with three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 4 of Article 153 – committing violent sexual acts not involving penetration against a person under fourteen years old, regardless of consent; Part 4 of Article 301 – coercing minors to participate in creating pornographic content; and Part 1 of Article 301-1 – intentionally gaining access to child pornography using information and telecommunication systems and storing child pornography. The maximum penalty is up to 10 years of imprisonment.
