Last evening, the bodies of a 38-year-old woman and her 14-year-old daughter were discovered in an apartment in Shevchenkivskyi District, showing signs of strangulation. 
According to reports, the woman's partner, a 38-year-old foreigner, is suspected of committing this crime. He rented an apartment in the same area and allegedly took his own life by jumping from the 20th floor. 
The investigative department of the Shevchenkivskyi police has initiated criminal proceedings for the intentional murder of two individuals under the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigative actions are ongoing, with several expert examinations appointed to clarify all circumstances of the crime.
