The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police have successfully dismantled an international drug trafficking channel. Following extensive operations, 11 individuals were arrested, who were part of a transnational criminal organization involved in the wholesale distribution of cocaine. Investigations revealed that the participants generated at least 16 million UAH in profits from their narcotics business each month.

The criminals received cocaine through foreign partners and then sold the drugs via their own network of couriers in various regions, including Kyiv, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk. To attract customers, they created specialized Telegram channels where they offered cocaine and negotiated delivery terms. To avoid detection, couriers used rented vehicles with fake license plates.

During searches, authorities seized drugs, unregistered firearms, and computer equipment containing evidence of their illicit activities.

The arrested individuals have been charged under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including creating a criminal organization and illegal drug manufacturing. They are currently in custody, facing up to 12 years in prison.
