The Economic Court of Kyiv has ruled in favor of the Obolon District Prosecutor’s Office, accepting a lawsuit for the return of a land plot measuring 0.85 hectares valued at 31 million UAH located on Avtozavodska Street in the Obolon district of the capital.
It was established that in November 2023, the Kyiv City Council leased this land plot to a private company for 5 years for the construction and maintenance of administrative and office buildings. The plot was allocated due to the registration of ownership rights for a property exceeding 1500 sq m located on it.
However, the area of the leased land plot is almost 6 times larger than the area of the existing property, and it was formed by part of land from another category without proper development and approval of land management documentation for changing the land use purpose.
