The Security Service of Ukraine has detained another agent who contributed to the shelling of Kharkiv.

Cyber specialists from the SBU identified an informant who was correcting Russian missile strikes on the city.

The main task of the detainee was to locate and relay coordinates of fire positions and air defense systems protecting the city.
This allowed the enemy to attempt to eliminate Kharkiv's air defense to focus on attacks against civilian infrastructure.
An investigation revealed that a 42-year-old local seller of children's strollers came under FSB scrutiny due to his anti-Ukrainian comments on social media.
To adjust the enemy's attacks, he would step out onto his balcony during air alerts, monitoring air defense operations.
From his “observation point,” he marked potential targets on Google Maps and relayed them through anonymous chats.

According to available information, the enemy planned to utilize missiles and heavy-guided bombs to strike military targets.

SBU employees promptly uncovered the hostile informant and arrested him at his residence. They also conducted measures to protect Defense Forces locations.

During searches at the detainee's home, a phone containing evidence of his contacts with the enemy was seized.

He has been charged under Part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for unauthorized dissemination of information about the movements of the Armed Forces during martial law.

The offender is currently in custody and faces up to 8 years in prison. The operation was conducted by SBU staff in the Kharkiv region under the procedural supervision of the regional prosecutor's office.
