This morning, police received reports of a shooting incident in a residential complex. Residents reported that an unknown individual fired shots at a moving vehicle. Law enforcement officers, along with investigative teams and patrol officers, quickly arrived at the scene.

Officers, with the help of criminal analysis specialists, swiftly located and apprehended a 35-year-old suspect under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The man stated that he fired at the car with traumatic weapons due to a prior conflict with the driver. The vehicle's owner was unharmed.

A criminal proceeding has been initiated under part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – hooliganism committed with the use of weapons. The penalty for this offense can be up to seven years of imprisonment.
