Authorities are investigating the incident as hooliganism, with the suspect facing up to seven years in prison.

Reports of the shooting came to police from bystanders in the evening. Investigators and patrol officers arrived promptly at the scene.

It was determined that a 45-year-old local resident, while intoxicated, engaged in a dispute with minors near a bus stop. During the conflict, he produced a traumatic pistol and fired at the group. Fortunately, no one was injured.

The shooter was detained, and the weapon was confiscated. He is charged under Article 296 of the Criminal Code for hooliganism, which involves gross violations of public order.

The court has ordered the suspect to be held in custody with the option for bail. The penalties for this charge can reach up to seven years of imprisonment.
