On April 22, 2023, Ukrhydroenergo signed a contract with the consulting firm 'Ostriv' for advisory services worth 8.28 million UAH.

This was reported by 'Our Money' referencing data from 'ProZorro'.

Over the next six months, the company will conduct a comprehensive assessment in the fields of construction and economics to evaluate the damages inflicted on property due to Russian military aggression, as well as calculate the costs for restoration.

The assessment will cover both immovable and movable property, alongside unfinished construction at the branches 'Dnipro HPP' (1.75 million UAH), 'Kyiv HPP Cascade' (1.47 million UAH), 'Kremenchuk HPP' (2.03 million UAH), and 'Middle Dnieper HPP' (3.03 million UAH).

The services will also include evaluating the expenditure required for establishing protective measures against drones.

Although 'Apraisel UA' offered a price 25% lower, their bid was rejected due to the lack of a tender guarantee.

Other competitors included 'Advisory and Research' and 'Asset Expertize'.

The consulting firm 'Ostriv' is owned by director Serhiy Petenko and Yuliya Amfitatrova from Kyiv, who also has ties to 'Ostriv-Register' in Simferopol.
