Germany has assured that it will continue to provide military assistance to Ukraine, even if the United States reduces its involvement.

This was confirmed by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, as reported by "European Truth".

Pistorius emphasized that military aid to Ukraine is a key element of the coalition agreement.

"If Ukraine falls and Putin succeeds in this war by occupying it, it will pose a severe threat to NATO and neighboring countries like Moldova and Georgia," he stated.

He also pointed out that this issue is not merely about solidarity with Ukraine, but about our security and peace in Europe.

Additionally, Pistorius compared the U.S. proposal for territorial concessions by Ukraine in peace talks to capitulation.

Recently, he announced a new military aid package that will include four IRIS-T air defense systems, among other things.
