The strike occurred on February 12, 2026, as part of operations aimed at reducing the economic capacity of the aggressor.
The distance from Ukraine's borders to the target is 1750 km.
According to preliminary information, a fire broke out at the refinery's technological section following the attack.
This refinery, part of the LUKOIL group, processes approximately 4.2 million tons of oil annually. Its main products include gasoline, diesel fuel, and heavy fuel oil.
The facility also supports the Russian armed forces. Final damage assessments are underway.
