The Ukrainian Defense Forces have struck an oil refining facility in the Russian region of Komi. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on social media.
The strike occurred on February 12, 2026, as part of operations aimed at reducing the economic capacity of the aggressor.

According to preliminary information, a fire broke out at the refinery's technological section following the attack.
This refinery, part of the LUKOIL group, processes approximately 4.2 million tons of oil annually. Its main products include gasoline, diesel fuel, and heavy fuel oil.
