Russian forces launched an attack on an energy brigade in Zaporizhzhia. This was reported by Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo via Telegram.
"Our team went out to inspect the aerial line damaged by enemy shelling — we aimed to restore electricity for residents of the frontline area. Just minutes after the energy workers left their vehicle and began their work, a Russian drone appeared over the transport," said the head of Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo Andriy Stasevskyi.
He clarified that there were no people nearby, all employees are safe and unharmed, but the vehicle sustained significant damage.
A new power supply line is being constructed in Zaporizhzhia region. It will serve as a backup for one of the settlements suffering from enemy attacks.
