New Wave of Air Attacks on Ukraine

Overview of recent air attacks on Ukraine and the actions of air defense forces.

In the evening, Russian forces launched attacks on Ukraine with two "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles and 128 drones. The air defense managed to neutralize 91 of these drones, as reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
Beginning at 8 PM on Sunday, November 16, the invaders struck Ukraine with two "Iskander-M" missiles from the Rostov region and 128 strike drones of the Shahed type, "Herbera", and other UAVs from directions: Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), and Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea). About 80 of these drones are of the Shahed type.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As of 9 AM on Monday, November 17, the air defense reported the downing of 91 drones in the north, south, and east of Ukraine.
There were 32 strikes recorded from drones at 15 locations, as well as two ballistic missiles hitting two locations.
The attack continues, with several enemy drones remaining in the airspace.
