Defense Forces Neutralize Drone Assault

Updated information on the successful neutralization of drones during the Russian assault.

The air defense forces managed to neutralize 52 out of 67 drones that were launched by Russian forces against Ukraine on the evening of November 9. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force on Telegram.
Starting at 18:30 on Sunday, November 9, the enemy launched two Kinzhal air-launched ballistic missiles from the Tambov region, five S-300/S-400 guided missiles from the Kursk region, as well as 67 strike drones of the Shahed type, Gerbera, and other types from the directions of: Kursk, Millerovo, Orel, Bryansk (RF), and Hvardiyske (temporarily occupied Crimea), with around 40 of them being Shahed drones.
The attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:30 on Monday, November 10, the air defense system had shot down 52 drones in the east, south, and center of the country.
There were recorded hits from 15 strike drones at 9 locations.
Information regarding the missiles is still being clarified. Data on falls or hits has not been reported, noted the Air Force.
