The air defense forces of Ukraine successfully intercepted one Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missile and 115 drones during a Russian attack that began on the evening of November 2nd. This was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Telegram.
Starting from 7 PM on Sunday, the Russian forces launched three Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" missiles from the Lipetsk region, four "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles from temporarily occupied Crimea, and numerous drones including Shahed type drones from various directions.
Ukrainian aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups collaborated to counter the assault.
As of 08:30 on Monday, air defense had shot down one Kh-47M2 missile and 115 drones in northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.
Missile strikes and 20 drones were recorded hitting 11 locations.
The attack continues, with several enemy drones still in the airspace.
