As a result of the missile and drone strike by Russian forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region on Saturday, November 1, there are reported fatalities and injuries among the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The military group «East» announced this on their Facebook page.
Authorities are currently investigating whether orders from the commander-in-chief and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were followed regarding timely notifications about missile threats, as well as restrictions on troop placements in open areas.
On November 1, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile and used a «Geran/Gerbera» type drone against the village of Novotroitsk in the Samara district. Among the deceased and injured are two children. FPV drones and artillery fire also attacked the city of Nikopol and nearby communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
